¹⁶However, not all have accepted the good news. As Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?” ¹⁷So then, faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ.

¹⁸And so I ask: Have they not heard? Indeed, they have:

“Their voice has gone out all over the world,
and their words to the ends of the earth.”
